What is Platelet Treatment?
This treatment is a concentrated source of platelets, growth factors and cytokines produced naturally in your own body, and stimulates and controls healthy regenerative processes, including collagen and soft tissue remodeling, and thereby improves overall health and rejuvenation. Platlet Injection
This procedure combines platelets with the use of microneedling dermal stimulation (SkinPen). The medical microneedling procedure using the SkinPen is a method of “collagen induction therapy” also referred to as “CIT”. The small entries into the dermis cause the skin to respond with collagen which softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as superficial sun damage.

Platet Treatment with SkinPen Microneedling
The procedure begins with a simple blood draw from your arm. Using instrumentation approved by the FDA for isolation of platelets for injection back into the body, your medical provider will then process your blood by spinning it in a centrifuge. This separates the plasma and platelets from the red blood cells and takes about 10 minutes. Next, our specialist will inject the PRP into the treatment area of the of body so that the body’s own healing process triggers the regrowth of new tissue and blood flow to recreate your younger self.
